GP Golf Innovations Inc. ("GP Golf") warrants to the original purchaser, that GP Golf hardware, accessories, and supplies will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from date of purchase. If GP Golf receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, GP Golf will, at its option, either repair or replace products which prove to be defective. Replacement products may be either new or equivalent in performance to new. GP Golf does not warrant that the operation of GP Golf products will be uninterrupted or error-free. If GP Golf is unable, within a reasonable time, to repair or replace any product to a condition as warranted, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price upon prompt return of the product.

GP Golf products may contain remanufactured parts equivalent to new in performance or may have been subject to incidental use.

The Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of Product by purchaser.

This Limited Warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromagnetic stress, or modification of any part of Product, including clip, or cosmetic damage;(b) equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegal; (c) any plastic surfaces or other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use;(d) malfunctions resulting from the use of Product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by GP Golf; or (e) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or adjustment. To the extent allowed by local law, the above warranties are exclusive and no other warranty or condition, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied and GP Golf specifically disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose. Some countries/regions, states, or provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation or exclusion might not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you might also have other rights that vary from country/region to country/region, or province to province.

GP Golf's limited warranty is valid in any country/region or locality where GP Golf has marketed this product. GP Golf will not alter form, fit, or function of the product to make it operate in a country/region for which it was never intended to function for legal or regulatory reasons. To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies in this warranty statement are your sole and exclusive remedies. Except as indicated above, in no event will GP Golf or its suppliers be liable for loss or other damage, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
